We started offering Indeedy Bingo virtually when the pandemic began, putting on parties for our fans and corporate clients across the globe. This continues with the global trend of work-from-home culture, uniting employees that can’t get together for a traditional company party. As a husband and wife team, we bring a fun ‘house party’ atmosphere that makes all guests feel welcome, no matter where they are in the world.

A lucky success story
When the pandemic began, our founders Jess & Charles (DJ Helix) found themselves in a unique position to be able to offer Indeedy Musical Bingo virtually - as a husband and wife team they were naturally isolating together, and luckily have all the tech, sound equipment, prizes, and decorations (not to mention quite a collection of sequin costumes) in their home office... which they turned into a television studio!
After performing over 350 corporate events during the lockdowns, our corporate clients continued to need a solution for connecting their employees and team across the globe, and in 2025 we still deliver virtual events for this reason.
About the game
Indeedy Musical Bingo is like regular bingo, except with songs on the cards instead of numbers. Players cross songs off cards as they hear them, and compete to win some amazing prizes! The music we choose is fun, inclusive party music so that everyone has a good chance of winning. Everyone can grasp the concept of bingo, and music bridges all gaps - the result is a bit magical. We've been putting on our show across the world since 2007 and have the most loyal and lovely fan base.
How it works, virtually
Like our real-life events, Helix will DJ a bit before and after the game to maintain atmosphere, and Jess will interact on the mic with the crowd's comments in a fun, friendly way. We live stream corporate events from their own dedicated private page on our website (not on Zoom), and we can also embed our live stream onto your website, or a specific event website. Livestream video + chat ‘audience’ = fun!
It's kind of like watching a TV game show, but interactive! All the interaction happens in the chat comments - so guests can relax, play the game, dance around their living room, and win some prizes. Some of our clients have ‘side’ Zooms/Hangouts/Meets, so they can see each other dancing, but we require the chat function to be disabled to keep everyone in our main chat, and all guests muted to stop sound clash.
Prizes
We give away fun and silly prizes such as cheerleading pom poms, online fitness classes, Etsy vouchers, fancy dress and wigs, and of course, inflatables. We send prizes to winners across five continents, and our prizes are included with all our packages. You can, of course, provide us with upleveled prizes if you’d like - one client recently gave away a luxury trip to New York City!

One hour = one round. Choose from over 60 themed rounds including: Pop, Dance Anthems, Pride, Hip Hop, Disney, Girl Power, Rock Anthems, Musicals, Soundtracks, Numbers, Motown, plus alllllll the decades: 10s, 00s, 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s, 50s, and many, many more.
Easy to plan
One major plus to throwing a virtual party is that you needn't worry about food, drink, or venue. Planning this will be a breeze!
Here's the exact 5-step workflow we will follow:
1. Client sends invitation email to employees using promo text and photos (using our full brand name, and text/photos from our website and sample event text page).
2. Once they get replies, client makes a list of guests and their email addresses so we can allocate bingo cards (we’ll send you a shared spreadsheet for this). Then we'll handle the rest of the comms from here!
3. We'll send a friendly confirmation email to guests with instructions the day before the event. They will receive a link to their password-protected dedicated event page, see an example here. The password is ‘password’. 😎
4. On the day of the event, guests will receive their unique bingo cards (via email, with a link to a PDF), the rules, and a reminder of instructions.
5. Time to party - meet us in the live stream and chat for an unforgettable virtual edition of our party!
After booking, please send us a landscape company logo for your event page, preferably in .png or .jpeg format, on a white background, minimum 1000px wide. Also, you may need to ask your IT department to approve our email domain, @indeedybingo.com.
