Our Indeedy Musical Bingo corporate Christmas parties are legendary! It’s more than just a music game show, our party-starting performers will make everyone feel welcome and our fun, friendly atmosphere is sure to help everyone be themselves and let their hair down. How it works
Indeedy Musical Bingo is like normal bingo but with songs instead of numbers! Players mark off songs on their unique music bingo cards as they hear them to win some amazing (and hilarious) prizes! Every winner gets their moment in the spotlight as the presenter awards them their prize. Our music is fun, inclusive, and easy to recognise, so everyone feels a part of the party. It’s a game of chance after all, like normal bingo - but to quote Time Out’s review of our show, “it’s way better than normal bingo”.
What’s included
All of our shows include a fabulous sequinned presenter, a charming DJ, one or two dancing grannies, our trademarked Indeedy Musical Bingo game cards, glittery stage decorations, all the prizes, colourful pens, plus our unique brand of bingo magic that the National Theatre calls ‘inimitable’! You’ll also have a dedicated event manager throughout the planning process and £5m public liability insurance.
We usually put on two rounds of bingo plus a DJ set afterwards, and we can shift timings to suit your event. You can see a sample running order in the ‘juicy details’ section below.
Easy to plan
We’ve been delivering successful, unforgettable corporate events for over 17 years. You’ll work with a dedicated event manager throughout the planning process, and you’ll have access to our event sheet for your party so you can see updates in real time.
Here’s what we’ll need to know:
1. Your event date & time. If your event date is available, we can lock it in and start planning!
2. How many guests? Our packages are cost-based and scaled to the number of guests attending. We can put on our show for 20 up to 2000 guests.
3. Where’s the party? You choose the venue, we bring the bingo!
We’ve performed all over the world and in every setting imaginable, including awards ceremonies, team-building in hotel ballrooms, festival stages, great rooms in castles, pub function rooms, staff canteens, big board rooms, boats, Alpine lodges, music venues, private members clubs, beside rooftop swimming pools, barns, restaurants, theatres, and on the beach.
We’re international - we put on our shows in the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia.
We travel with our show and have performed in Geneva, Barcelona, New York, Berlin, Istanbul, Dublin, Amsterdam, Bangkok, and all up and down the UK, of course! We can include travel and accommodation for international shows in our quote, and add it to our invoice when you book so you don’t have to worry about booking planes, trains, and automobiles.

We accept bookings on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to snap up your ideal date before it’s gone. Then we can start planning the fun stuff: music bingo themes, team competitions, and prizes! In order to save the date, we’ll take a deposit payment via bank transfer or by credit card and the remaining balance will be due on or before the day of your event.

We can incorporate a team-based competition to our show (for no additional charge), where guests group up for maximum camaraderie! We’ll hold side competitions where teams can earn points for winning at bingo as well as dance-offs, lip sync battles, catwalk competitions, pop trivia, and more. The team with the most points at the end of the show is awarded a team prize and has a moment to bask in the glory! All you need to provide is a team prize for the winners, most clients give a bottle of bubbly or box of chocolates to each team member (i.e. winning team of ten people = ten bottles of bubbly).

Once you book, we’ll get to plan the fun stuff like music themes! We usually put on two rounds of bingo because one is never enough. Our Christmas round is made up of the BEST CHRISTMAS MUSIC EVER! You’ll get to choose from over 60 themed rounds including: Pop, Dance Anthems, Pride, Hip Hop, Disney, Girl Power, Rock Anthems, Musicals, Soundtracks, Numbers, Motown, and many, many more, plus alllllll the decades: 10s, 00s, 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s, 50s.
If you’re having a themed party, we probably already have a round to match! If not, we can create a bespoke round for an extra charge. -
Here is an example of how the event might unfold:
5:30pm Indeedy team arrive to venue for set up, sound check, production, costumes (1.5hrs)
7pm guests arrive, drinks reception
7:30pm dinner (playlist)
8:30pm Indeedy Musical Bingo introduction and Round 1
9:30pm Indeedy Musical Bingo Round 2
10:15pm end of bingo, 45 minutes of DJing
11pm end of eventThese timings can be shifted earlier/later, we can put on one round only if that’s all you have time for, and you can add on more DJing if needed.

Some of our clients book us for multiple events, either with different themes (80s night, Yacht Party, Christmas, etc.) or for different teams or geographic locations within the company. With over 60 themed rounds to choose from, it’s never the same night twice! We offer discounted rates for a series of three or more events when booked at the same time.
